Personally I love The Fray because it’s my release from life. If I’m feeling frustrated when all of the little things pile up I just blare How to Save a Life and I immediately feel better. It’s the lyrics combined with the piano, guitar, and drums. These lyrics can really apply to so many things. I just recently lost my dad to cancer and I swear this song is helping me to cope with everything. Relating to the lyrics of a song is a lot more powerful than one would think. My point is is that all of these songs, or any song for that matter, hold a certain significance for someone, whether it be a 3-minute release or a permanent personally defining moment. Tell me: Your age Which song by the Fray means something to you and why? Is there a song by someone else that does the same? What do these songs do for you? |

Hi! I’m 11 and the song How To Save A Life means to me that you can cope with anger and sadness from loss by looking back at life and thinking about the memories. The song lets me let out the pain when something bad happens. |
