The person who started the rummer about ciara being a man was one of the girls thata use to be in her group she use to be in. The girl got mad when ciara told them she wanted to go solo and just do what she had to do. So the next day in school the girl started spreading the rummer about ciara having a dick because she always use to wear baggey clothes and always be hangging with the boys in her school.
